Money-Back Guarantee

You have a full 30 days from the day your order is delivered to use, hold, and live with The Compass. If it does not feel right in your hand, on your desk, or in the hand of the person you bought it for, you can send it back for a full refund.

We will not ask you to justify the return. We will not push back, request photos, or quote you fine print. One email to info@emmausco.com with your order number is all we need.

You get back the full price you paid for the compass. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned piece. The product must be returned to us before the refund is issued.

Send an email to info@emmausco.com with the subject line "Refund request" and your order number. You will hear back within one business day.

Place the compass back inside its wooden box, then pack the box in a padded mailer or small shipping box so it travels safely. Return the complete product as you received it.

Send the package to the return address we provide in our reply, using any carrier you trust. Save the tracking number so you can follow the package back to us.

The day we receive the compass back, we process your refund. The amount returns to your original payment method within 5 business days. You will get an email confirmation when the refund is sent.

The 30-day window starts the day the carrier marks your order as delivered, not the day you placed the order. International transit time does not count against your window.

The guarantee applies to the original buyer and to orders placed on emmausco.com. Pieces resold or transferred to a third party are not covered.

We do not currently offer custom engraving. If we ever do, custom pieces will be marked as final sale at checkout. The standard Compass is always covered.
