SHIPPING POLICY
OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy explains how EmmausCO processes, ships and delivers orders. All orders ship from the United States. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and our Refund Policy.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after your payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
United States standard delivery: approximately 3 to 5 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by the carrier, weather, the destination and other factors outside our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are expanding international shipping. If your country is available at checkout, estimated delivery is approximately 10 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the product or in the shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package to its destination. If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time, please contact us at info@emmausco.com.
DELAYS
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect address details or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
We pack every order carefully so it arrives in good condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@emmausco.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the damaged item and of the outer packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or a refund.
If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with members of your household and your neighbors, and review any delivery photo provided by the carrier. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will help you open an inquiry with the carrier.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may be subject to an additional shipping charge.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version and applies to all orders placed after it is posted.
