Warranty

Two (2) years from the date of original purchase. Coverage starts on the invoice date and is non-transferable. Some regional consumer-protection laws extend this period — local statutory rights always apply.

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes:

• Pressure mechanisms that fail to maintain spec
• Heating elements that fall out of tolerance
• Battery capacity below 70% of rated mAh within 24 months
• Seals, gaskets and lever assemblies in original condition

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage from impact, drops, water immersion or improper cleaning
• Wear-and-tear of cosmetic finishes
• Modifications, third-party repairs or use of non-Wenkora parts
• Products bought from unauthorised resellers (see counterfeit guide)
• Consumables like coffee, cleaning tablets and replacement filters

Keep your order confirmation or receipt. Claims require the original purchase date and an order or invoice number. Products bought directly from wenkora.com are automatically on file under your account.

Activate your warranty by registering your product within 30 days of purchase. Registration speeds up claims and unlocks free firmware updates for connected devices.

Email info@emmausco.com with: your order number, a description of the issue and photos or a short video showing the defect. We'll respond within one business day with next steps.

Standard processing is 5-7 business days once we receive your unit. International shipping adds 7-14 days. We cover return shipping for approved claims via prepaid label.

At our discretion, we will repair the defective product, replace it with an equivalent unit or issue a refund. Replacement parts (gaskets, seals, basket assemblies) are sent free of charge under warranty.
